LOHAD: Where CAN i find bootleg version lyrics ??? (02/22/11)

JEREMY: I love this version as much as I hate the E.B version. This is so great. The song. The melody (... totally disappeared in the E.B version). The lyrics. And the SOUND! Roy Bittan and Steve van Zant at their best. Why did Dylan exclude is exellent piece of art from the album? Why? (01/08/09)

RAILROADGIN: For some reason can't stop listening to this song. Much better than the Empire Burlesque version. Songs like this prove that Dylan can actually sing. For example the line "for the love of a lousy buck (or is it book?) I watched them die". Of course Dylan songs are almost always ambiguous in meaning but I think this song is about Dylan's rejection of the afterlife. (12/23/07)
