BENEDICT: This is one of the most beautiful songs about faith. It could even be sung in a church, but no one can deliver those lines as passionately as dylan. You don't even have to believe in what he does, it is not solely about belief. It's also about how he has found something that fills the emptiness he had in his life after his divorce and custody battles etc. You don't have to christian to appreciate this both musically and lyrically (09/06/06)
