DAVID DIXON: Another great and wistful song of regret and loss. There is a world of hurt contained in the times when "most of the time" can't pull him through. (12/20/07)

BILL COHEN: I think that this is a love song to his former wife who he seems to never stopped loving. His son Jakob said that many of Dylan's love songs are really to Jakob's mother. One of his songs- If you see her say hello- seems to have the same feeling of love and loss. (02/03/06)
